Current Status
On June 14, 2024, Digital Commerce, which operates the adult e-commerce site Fanza, temporarily suspended Visa credit card payments for "Fanza Doujin," which distributes doujin content within Fanza. The reason for the suspension and its expiration date were not disclosed.
This stoppage isFANZA Doujin onlyVisa is limited to "FANZA Books," "FANZA Videos," "FANZA Games," and other services, and Visa will continue to be accepted.
Main Response Methods
1. using other means of payment
- JCB Card: The surest alternative.
- Diners Card: Continues to be available
- PayPay: Available for FANZA doujin from September 2024.
2. purchase via DMM points (most practical)
You can purchase works with "DMM points" with Visa.
DMM point purchase procedure:
- Charge points using a Visa card on the DMM points page
- Purchase works of FANZA Doujin with the charged points.
Notes:
- Points are valid for one year
- Points can also be purchased with multiple payment methods (PayPal, AmazonPay, etc.)
Create a new JCB card
As a long-term solution, we recommend that you create a JCB-branded credit card.
